NASA Goddard Space Flight Center and Jet Propulsion Laboratory participate as sponsors in the Third Annual Microelectronics Reliability and Qualification Workshop to be held October 31—November 1, 2000 at the Hilton Hotel in Glendale, California. The purpose of the workshop is to provide a forum for open discussion in all areas of microelectronics reliability and qualification for high reliability and commercial applications. General topics of interest include: reliability, qualification methodologies, reliability modeling and simulation, materials, special environments, advanced technologies and yield. The workshop is also sponsored by The Aerospace Corporation, the Air Force Research Laboratory, the Defense Threat Reduction Agency and IEEE Components, Packaging & Manufacturing Technology Society. The Small Business Tech Expo will take place October 31—November 2, 2000 in Seattle, Washington at the Meydenbauer Center - Bellevue. NASA Johnson Space Center (JSC) in Houston, Texas will host Inspection2000 on November 1, 2 and 3, 2000.
